Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon”. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers. 

If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will put the name of the sender on the card

For condo/ apartment deliveries, we will call ahead to ensure the recipient is available to receive the arrangement.
